Research interests
I achieved my PhD in computer science with Vincent Breton from the
Laboratoire de Physique Corpusculaire (CNRS/IN2P3 Clermont-Ferrand) and
Frédéric Desprez from Laboratoire de l'Informatique du
Parallélisme (UCBL/ENS Lyon) in 2008. My PhD thesis was about
data management and bioinformatics tasks scheduling on the grid and titled
"Biological Databases management on Computing Grids". I
am currently a member of the SDMA team
of the
MIS
Laboratory and work distributed systems and
high-performance computing.
